Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be suitable for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, not worn or unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@dorssey.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Articles sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problemsPlease inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / items not returnableCertain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We don't even accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on balance items or gift cards.

changesThe fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once you accept the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day reflection period in the European UnionNotwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, not worn or unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

RefundsWe will inform you once your return has been received and inspected and we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded with the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and register the refund.
